A call or site visit to see the space, hear what you want, and talk through budget and timing.

Estimate & scope
A written estimate with line items, materials, and a realistic schedule. No vague lump sums.

Design & permits
We finalize drawings, shop details for any metalwork, and handle permitting where required.

Build
Site work and shop fabrication run in parallel. You get regular updates and a direct line to Jackson.

Walkthrough
We walk the finished job together, close out a punch list, and stand behind the work.
